for le83 Platform Users

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and le83 ("le83", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming information and entertainment platform accessible at le83.cam ("Platform").

By accessing, registering on or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of le83, including users who register accounts, place wagers, access game content or browse informational material on the Platform. They apply regardless of your location, including users accessing the Platform from cities across Pakistan such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar.

In these Terms, the following expressions carry the meanings assigned to them below:

To register and maintain an Account on le83, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or nominee of any third party.
• You have verified that online gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Users in Pakistan should note that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 applies.
• You are not included on any self-exclusion register operated by le83 or a connected operator.
• You are not a current or former employee of le83, its affiliates, agents, service providers or any party directly involved in the operation of the Platform.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• You hold a single Account only. Duplicate or multi-account registrations are strictly prohibited.

To register an Account, you must complete the Platform's registration form and provide accurate, truthful and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and any other details requested. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Any activity conducted through your Account whilst logged in shall be deemed to have been authorised by you.

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify le83 immediately via the support contact provided on the Platform. le83 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

le83 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such a decision.

le83 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process consistent with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gambling standards. You may be required to submit identity documents at any of the following stages:

• Prior to processing any withdrawal request.
• Upon reaching account activity thresholds determined by the Platform.
• Where le83 has reasonable grounds to verify account ownership or transaction legitimacy.
• At any point that the Platform determines verification is necessary for compliance purposes.

Accepted identity documents for users in Pakistan include a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or a valid Pakistani passport. Additional documents such as proof of address or source-of-funds declarations may be requested in specific circumstances.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. le83 bears no liability for delays attributable to a User's failure to submit requested documentation in a timely or complete manner.

Documents submitted for KYC are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. They are not shared with third parties beyond what is required under the operator's licence obligations.

All deposits must be made using payment methods available in the Platform's cashier at the time of transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are published in the cashier and are subject to change without notice.

le83 references payment methods familiar to users in Pakistan — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — purely as contextual references. The availability of any specific payment method must be confirmed directly within the cashier at the time of use. None of the foregoing payment providers endorse, affiliate with or support le83 or gambling activities in any capacity.

• Deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• le83 does not accept deposits made using credit extended for the purpose of gambling where prohibited by applicable regulations.
• Transaction fees, if any, are disclosed in the cashier prior to confirmation.
• le83 reserves the right to return a deposit and close an Account where the source of funds raises compliance concerns.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC identity verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal account details must match the name and identity on file with le83. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Any active bonus funds must satisfy all applicable wagering requirements before the associated balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• Your Account must be in good standing at the time of the request — no pending disputes, compliance flags or policy violations.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published in the cashier and are subject to change.

Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method and operator internal review procedures. le83 does not guarantee specific payout timelines. Delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking procedures or regulatory requirements are outside le83's control.

le83 may offer welcome bonuses, reload offers, cricket season promotions, cashback programmes and other incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion, which form part of these Terms.

General conditions applicable to all bonus offers include:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible users only, as specified in the individual offer terms.
• Wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds (for example, illustrative amounts such as PKR 1,000), game eligibility restrictions, maximum bet limits and expiry periods are published per promotion.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• le83 reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time where it determines that misuse or exploitation has occurred.
• Each eligible account may claim a new-user welcome offer once only. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple welcome bonuses will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

By using le83, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to conduct yourself appropriately on the Platform at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not expressly permitted.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping or any other form of dishonest play.
• Exploiting software errors, malfunctions or vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing or any activity designed to obscure the origin of funds.
• Harassing, abusing or threatening support staff or other users.
• Registering duplicate accounts or acting as a proxy account holder for a third party.
• Engaging in any activity that le83 reasonably determines to be detrimental to the integrity of the Platform.

Breach of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance and permanent exclusion from the Platform, without prejudice to any other remedies available to le83.

All content on the le83 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, design elements and data compilations, is owned by or licensed to le83 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written permission from le83.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, le83 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Interruptions to service, technical failures, errors in game outcomes caused by software malfunction or connectivity issues outside le83's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, game descriptions or promotional details.
• Gambling losses incurred by Users who are in breach of these Terms, including underage users who circumvent age verification controls.
• Losses caused by third-party payment processors, banks, mobile wallet providers or other external services.

Where a jurisdiction does not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, le83's liability shall be limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law.

le83 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close an Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The User has provided false or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Suspicious, fraudulent or potentially illegal activity has been detected on the Account.
• The Account is subject to a pending dispute, chargeback or regulatory inquiry.
• Continued operation of the Account would present a compliance or reputational risk to le83.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the User, any verified real-money balance (net of bonus funds not yet satisfied) will be returned to the User through available payment channels following completion of any required verification steps.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary self-exclusion requests are handled in accordance with the Responsible Gambling policy.

le83 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides a range of player protection tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion facilities.

By using le83, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that outcomes are not guaranteed. You agree to use the Platform within your personal financial means and to make use of available responsible gambling tools where appropriate.

le83 strictly enforces its minimum age policy of 18 years (or higher where the operator's licence jurisdiction requires). Suspected underage access will be investigated and may result in immediate Account suspension.

Your use of the le83 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account or using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

le83 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information and account activity data for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention and, where consented, promotional communications. Data is not sold to third parties. Further details on data retention, user rights and the exercise of those rights are set out in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licence jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform.

le83 does not operate under a Pakistan gambling licence. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so on their own initiative and are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other relevant federal or provincial legislation. This clause does not constitute legal advice.

le83 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, le83 will endeavour to notify registered Users via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent review took place.
