Responsible Gambling
at le83 — Play Smart, Stay Safe

le83 believes gambling should be an entertaining, voluntary activity — not a source of financial stress or personal harm. This page outlines the tools, policies and guidance available to help you maintain a healthy relationship with gaming on our Platform.

Our Commitment to Safer Play

Responsible gambling is not a checkbox for le83 — it shapes how we build and operate the Platform. Here is what that commitment looks like in practice.

Strict Age Verification

le83 enforces a minimum age of 18 — or the higher minimum required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. All accounts are subject to age verification before withdrawals are processed. Suspected underage accounts are suspended immediately pending investigation, regardless of balance held.

Player-Controlled Limits

Deposit limits, loss limits and session time limits are available to every registered user. You can set or tighten these limits at any time through your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a mandatory cooling-off period before they come into force.

Self-Exclusion & Time-Out

Players who need a break can activate a time-out period (24 hours to 6 weeks) or a formal self-exclusion (minimum 6 months, extendable). During exclusion, your account is fully locked and all marketing communications cease. Reinstatement is not automatic — it requires a deliberate request after the exclusion period ends.

Reality Checks & Reminders

le83 provides optional in-session reality checks — on-screen reminders that display how long you have been playing and your net win/loss position in that session. These can be configured in your account settings. They are designed to keep play conscious and voluntary rather than habitual.

No Predatory Marketing

Users who are in a time-out or self-exclusion period receive zero promotional emails or push notifications from le83. Players who have identified themselves as experiencing gambling difficulties are removed from all marketing lists permanently unless they subsequently request reinstatement in writing.

Support Team Access

Our support team is trained to recognise signs of gambling-related distress and to respond with care rather than purely commercial interest. If you contact us about a gambling problem, our priority is to help you access the right tools — not to retain your deposit.

Recognising the Warning Signs

Problem gambling often develops gradually. Awareness is the first step toward getting back in control.

Spending more than you can comfortably afford to lose

Chasing losses to try to win back money already spent

Losing sleep, missing work or neglecting personal commitments

Concealing gambling activity from family or close friends

Quick Self-Assessment

The following questions are intended to prompt honest reflection about your gambling behaviour. They are not a clinical diagnostic tool. If you answer "yes" to several of these questions, we strongly encourage you to use le83's protection tools or seek independent support.

1 Do you find yourself gambling for longer than you originally planned, or with more money than you intended?
2 Have you ever felt the need to gamble with larger amounts of money to achieve the same level of excitement?
3 Do you return to gambling after a loss with the aim of winning back what you lost (chasing losses)?
4 Have you ever lied to family members or others about the amount of time or money you spend gambling?
5 Has gambling ever caused you to neglect work, studies, family obligations or your health?
6 Have you borrowed money, sold possessions or used bill money in order to fund gambling?
7 Have you ever tried to stop gambling but found it difficult or impossible to stay away for more than a few days?
8 Do you feel anxious, irritable or restless when you try to cut back or stop gambling?
If you answered "yes" to two or more questions, please consider using the self-exclusion or limit tools described on this page, or contacting our support team at [email protected].

Your Protection Tools

All of the following tools are available to registered le83 users at no charge. They can be activated through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

Deposit Limit

Set a daily, weekly or monthly ceiling on how much you can deposit into your le83 account. Deposit limits can be reduced instantly; increases require a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours before taking effect.

Loss Limit

Cap the total amount you can lose within a defined period. Once your loss limit is reached for that period, further wagers are automatically declined until the limit resets. Reducing a loss limit is immediate; increasing one requires the same cooling-off period as a deposit limit change.

Session Time Limit

Set a maximum session length in minutes or hours. When your session time expires, you will receive a notification and be offered the option to end your session. You may also set mandatory cool-down periods between sessions.

Time-Out (Short Break)

Take a temporary break of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. Your account is suspended, no logins are permitted, and all marketing stops for the duration. Time-outs cannot be reversed before they expire — this is intentional.

Self-Exclusion (Extended)

Request a formal self-exclusion of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 5 years or permanently. During self-exclusion your account is locked, your data is flagged to prevent re-registration, and all marketing communications are permanently halted. Reinstatement after the period ends requires a deliberate written request and a 24-hour reflection period before the account is reopened.

Marketing Opt-Out

Unsubscribe from all promotional emails, SMS notifications and push alerts at any time through your account settings. Users in self-exclusion or time-out are removed from all marketing lists automatically.

Understanding Your Limits

Setting personal limits is one of the most effective ways to keep gambling recreational. Here is how each limit type works on le83.

Daily Deposit

Caps your total deposits within any rolling 24-hour period. Ideal for players who want tight day-to-day control over their spending.

Weekly Deposit

A rolling 7-day ceiling on deposits. Useful if your play is concentrated around weekend cricket fixtures or PSL match days.

Monthly Deposit

A rolling 30-day deposit cap. A sensible baseline for players who budget their entertainment spending monthly in PKR.

Net Loss Limit

Restricts your net losses over daily, weekly or monthly periods. When reached, further play is paused until the period resets or you adjust your limit downward.

Important: Limit reductions are applied immediately. Limit increases require a mandatory waiting period before taking effect — this is designed to prevent impulsive decisions made during a gambling session from overriding limits you set with a clear head. Contact [email protected] if you need help configuring your limits.

18+ Adults Only — No Exceptions

le83 is exclusively for adults. The minimum age to register or use any service on the Platform is 18 years old — or the higher minimum age required by the jurisdiction in which our operator's licence is issued, whichever applies. There are no exceptions to this rule.

We use a multi-layer age verification process. At registration, users are required to confirm their date of birth. Prior to withdrawal — and at any other point our compliance team determines is appropriate — full KYC identity verification is required using a valid government-issued document. For Pakistani users, this means a valid CNIC or passport.

Submitting falsified documentation to circumvent age verification is a serious breach of our Terms & Conditions and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held, without prejudice to any other remedies available to le83.

Parental Controls — Pakistan Users: If you share a device with minors, we strongly encourage you to use parental control software to restrict access to gambling-related websites, including le83.cam. Keep your le83 login credentials secure and never share them with anyone.
A Note on Pakistani Law

le83 does not hold a Pakistan gambling licence and makes no claim of approval from the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial authority.

Online gambling may be restricted or prohibited under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable federal and provincial legislation. Enforcement approaches and personal legal exposure can vary.

Users in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and all other locations in Pakistan are individually responsible for understanding the laws that apply in their specific location and for seeking independent legal advice if they are uncertain. Being of legal gambling age does not, by itself, mean that online gambling is lawful in Pakistan.

This information is not legal advice. le83 publishes it solely in the interest of transparency for Pakistani users.

Tips for Staying in Control

Whether you are placing cricket bets during a PSL final or playing a few rounds of live blackjack late on a Friday evening, these habits help keep gambling enjoyable and manageable.

Remember: Gambling should always be funded from your disposable entertainment budget — money you can genuinely afford to lose. It should never be funded from savings, rent, household bills or borrowed money. Illustrative context: if your monthly entertainment budget is PKR 5,000, your gambling spend should come out of that envelope, not in addition to it.
Set a Budget First

Decide how much you are comfortable spending before you start a session — not during it. Stick to that number.

Set a Time Limit

Decide in advance how long you will play. Use the Platform's session timer to hold yourself to it automatically.

Never Chase Losses

Losing sessions are part of gambling. Chasing a loss with a bigger bet is the most reliable way to turn a small problem into a large one.

Take Regular Breaks

Step away from the screen between sessions. A short break improves decision quality and helps you assess whether you really want to continue.

Talk Openly

If gambling feels like it is becoming a problem, talk to someone you trust. Silence is what lets the problem grow.

Use Exclusion Early

You do not need to be in crisis to use a time-out. Using self-exclusion tools early — before a problem escalates — is a sign of strength.
