for le83 Platform Users

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is published by le83 ("le83", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming information and entertainment platform accessible at le83.cam ("Platform"). It applies to all personal data collected, processed and stored in connection with your use of the Platform, whether you are a registered account holder or an unregistered visitor.

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described herein. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you should cease using the Platform immediately.

This Policy applies globally, including to users accessing the Platform from cities across Pakistan such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar. We are committed to handling all personal data with care, regardless of a user's geographic location.

Throughout this Policy, the following definitions apply:

le83 acts as the Data Controller in respect of personal data collected through the le83.cam Platform. le83 operates under an international gaming licence and is not registered or incorporated in Pakistan. It does not hold a Pakistan gambling licence and does not operate a physical office in Pakistan.

All enquiries regarding data processing, user rights or this Policy should be directed to the le83 support team. Contact details are provided in Section 15 of this Policy. Email is displayed as plain text only and is not a clickable link.

le83 collects personal data through several channels: directly from you when you register, complete KYC, make transactions or contact support; automatically through your use of the Platform; and, in limited cases, from third-party service providers.

Data provided directly by you:

• Full legal name and date of birth.
• Email address, phone number and correspondence address.
• Username and account credentials (passwords are stored in hashed form only — never in plain text).
• KYC identity documents: valid CNIC or Pakistani passport, proof of address and — where required — source-of-funds declarations.
• Payment information: wallet identifiers, bank account references and transaction history. Full card numbers are not stored on le83 servers.
• Support correspondence: messages, attachments and contact records exchanged with the support team.

Data collected automatically:

• Device identifiers, operating system and browser type.
• IP address and approximate geolocation derived from it.
• Session activity data: pages visited, games accessed, time on site, click-stream patterns.

We use the personal data we collect for the following purposes:

Where le83 is subject to data protection laws that require a lawful basis for the processing of personal data, we rely on the following bases:

• Contractual necessity: Processing required to perform our obligations under the Terms & Conditions you have agreed to, including account management, KYC and payment processing.
• Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with anti-money laundering regulations, the operator's licence requirements and other applicable legal obligations.
• Legitimate interests: Processing carried out for fraud prevention, platform security, responsible gambling monitoring and platform improvement, where these interests are not overridden by your fundamental rights.
• Consent: Processing for marketing communications and non-essential cookies, where your express consent has been obtained. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.

le83 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on its Platform. These fall into the following categories:

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for Platform functionality, including session management, login state and security features. These cannot be disabled without impairing core platform functions.
• Performance / Analytics Cookies: Collect aggregated, anonymised data about how users navigate the Platform — pages visited, session duration, error occurrences. Used to improve Platform performance.
• Functional Cookies: Remember user preferences such as language, display settings and previously selected game categories.
• Marketing Cookies (Consent Required): Used where you have consented to receive personalised promotional content. These track interactions with marketing materials to assess campaign effectiveness.

You may manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling certain categories of cookies may affect Platform functionality. Instructions for managing cookies are available through your browser's help documentation. le83 does not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals at this time, given the absence of a uniform standard for such signals.

le83 does not sell your personal data. We may share personal data with third parties only in the following limited circumstances:

• Payment processors: To facilitate deposits and withdrawals, relevant transaction data (name, account reference) is shared with the payment service provider handling the transaction. This includes providers of payment methods referenced on the Platform for Pakistani users.
• KYC and identity verification partners: Identity documents may be processed by accredited KYC verification service providers acting as Data Processors under contractual data protection obligations.
• Game and software providers: Aggregated or pseudonymised session data may be shared with game studios or platform technology partners for performance monitoring and game improvement purposes.
• Regulatory and law enforcement authorities: Where we are required by a valid legal order, licence obligation or regulatory request to disclose personal data, we will do so to the minimum extent necessary.
• Corporate transactions: In the event of a merger, acquisition or transfer of business assets, personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to equivalent data protection commitments.

le83 retains personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and to comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations. The following general principles apply to our retention practices:

• Account data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a period thereafter as required by the operator's licence and applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• KYC documents: Retained for the minimum period required under the operator's licence jurisdiction's anti-money laundering legislation, which is typically five years from the date of account closure or the last transaction.
• Transaction records: Retained for a minimum period as required by applicable financial regulations.
• Support correspondence: Retained for a period sufficient to resolve any subsequent dispute or complaint and for quality assurance purposes.
• Marketing consent records: Retained until consent is withdrawn, plus a reasonable period thereafter as evidence of consent.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised in a manner that makes re-identification impossible.

le83 implements and maintains appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration or disclosure. These measures include, but are not limited to:

• Encrypted data transmission using TLS (Transport Layer Security) across all Platform connections.
• Encrypted storage of sensitive personal data, including passwords (stored as hashed values only) and payment references.
• Access controls limiting personal data access to authorised personnel with a documented operational need.
• Two-factor authentication options for user accounts to reduce the risk of unauthorised access.
• Regular security assessments and vulnerability monitoring of Platform infrastructure.
• Incident response procedures for handling suspected data breaches, including user notification processes where required by applicable law.

Notwithstanding the above, no security system is completely impenetrable. le83 cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personal data and does not accept liability for losses arising from security incidents that are outside its reasonable control. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own account credentials.

As le83 operates internationally, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including countries that may have different data protection standards from those applicable in Pakistan.

Where personal data is transferred internationally, le83 will implement appropriate safeguards to ensure that the transfer complies with applicable data protection requirements. These safeguards may include contractual data protection clauses with the recipient entity, binding corporate rules, or reliance on recognised adequacy decisions where applicable.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer of your personal data to countries outside Pakistan for the purposes described in this Policy.

The le83 Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years or older — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the minimum age threshold.

Where le83 discovers that personal data has been collected from a minor, it will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. Age does not, by itself, establish that gambling is lawful in Pakistan. Local laws apply.

le83 reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Where material changes are made — for example, changes to the categories of data collected, new sharing arrangements, or changes to user rights — we will endeavour to notify registered users via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Minor clarifications and administrative updates may be made without formal notification. The "Last reviewed" date shown at the top of this page reflects when the Policy was most recently assessed. Your continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
